If you are ordering clothing and/or accessories within the United States, you understand that you must choose a shipping method other than Media Mail. These items do not qualify for this type of shipping method. If you order contains clothing or accessories and Media Mail is your selected shipping method, the total charged to your card will be adjusted to reflect Parcel Post shipping costs. If you pay via paypal, your order will be held and a payment request will be made for the additional cost. Your order will not ship until additional shipping payment has been made.
All items are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service. Our shipping charges are determined by the total weight of your order. Orders ship Tuesday through Friday by 10am.
Occasionally an item will sell in the store the same day as an online order and we although the online inventory says "in stock", we actually may have sold out. In the event of that happening, you will be refunded in full for the price of the item plus it's shipping cost.
